In 1988, Larry and Ginger Ewell started Latter Day Tours with the goal in mind to build testimonies. Ginger's love for teaching the gospel and Larry's love of travel made them the perfect team. They dedicated their company to the Lord and have had a front-row seat in seeing miracles happen in the lives of the youth.

Many youth have a greater determination to keep the commandments, go on missions, marry in the temple, and serve the Lord after attending the CHT. This tour also provides the youth an opportunity to develop friendships with other youth with similar goals as they learn together, feel the Spirit each day, and experience the church history sites firsthand.
