Cancellation Policy
Before Flight Booking:
A $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
After Flight Booking:
A $200 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. If your flight was booked as part of our group reservation and we are able to fill your spot, you will not be responsible for the flight cost. If booked separately, any airline credit will be subject to the airline’s policies.
Within 6 Weeks of Departure:
A $500 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund, along with any non-refundable flight costs.
Within 2 Weeks of Departure:
No refund will be issued. If we are able to fill your spot, you may receive a refund of the amount paid, less $1,000 and any non-refundable flight costs.
